Automation Plastics’ Quality Policy includes a commitment to “provide a safe and rewarding place to work.” This ideal is not limited to Automation’s employees and their families. It extends into the circle of our community, both near and far. The generosity of Automation’s employees in embracing opportunities to share and identify with those in need continues to be an inspiring reflection on their character beyond the workplace.

Thea Bowman Center

Automation Plastics has partnered with the Thea Bowman Center by sponsoring employee participation in the Center’s annual fundraising dinner, and in 2017, we were privileged to fellowship with and be entertained by the Thea Bowman Music Group at our annual Christmas Party.

Hattie Larlham

Automation Plastics partnered with another local manufacturer to brighten the lives of those who reside at Hattie Larlham. The response from each facility’s employees was overwhelming. Not only were individual gifts for each resident purchased but every day necessities were collected

Hurrican Harvey Relief

When Harry Smith learned from Jeff Applegate, owner of Texas Injection Molding in Houston that several company employees had suffered losses, he shared the need with Automation’s employees. A “Giving Tree” was set up for the Martinez family and donations immediately began to accumulate.
